| - I had a question about how much we should know in detail about bacterial flagellular propulsion (the mechanism). Also, what should we know about archae and eubacteria for purposes of MCAT. These both were on AAMC topic lists. Thanks. |

When you do lots of AAMC and GS exams, you'll see that minute details in biology are very rarely tested. At this stage in your MCAT prep, I would focus on the big picture and making sure that you master the common equations/concepts/topics.

They are both prokaryotes. You should be able to compare and contrast prokaryotes vs eukaryotes. |
