| Does anything that exhibits hydrogen bonding have a negative slope like water for it's phase diagram? |

| No, the negative slope of the solid-liquid phase boundary is not simply related to H bonding and is not present in all compounds that H bond. The slope reflects the fact that ice has a lower density than water, which is an unusual property for a material. |
