I have purchased a copy of the GoldStandard which allows access to the 3 free onlien cbts. I have followed the intructions on "If you own the book, click here". I have entered the name and also logged in. However, after doing all of this the only CBT I see is still GS-1. How can I access the other tests?

We will have a technician look into the matter; it should be resolved within 24 hours.

I am having the same problem as briana.vec1938. I have the GoldStandard book with 3 free online CBTs. I too followed the instructions, entered the name, and logged in. I still only have access to GS-1.

Any ideas on what I can do to access GS-2 and GS-3?

Please be sure that you are logged out. Then click on FREE MCAT in the Menu of the homepage. Then: Click here if you own The Gold Standard then follow directions.

I have logged out, clicked the gold standard button, and put in the name. The website then sends me to a login page. I signed up/logged in and it sent me to a page with the header "Where do I start." At this point I am logged in to my account. I use the navigation bar at the top to go to "Tests (CBT)" where the only test available is the GS-1.

I'm not sure what you mean by "clicked the gold standard button"? Did you click on: "Click here if you own The Gold Standard"?

You should have seen the following page: http://www.mcat-prep.com/gold-standard/ Was that the page you used to sign up?

I can't remember what page I had used to sign up originally. However, that was the page I used to login. It said "Gold Standard Owner Login" between the horizontal navigation bar and the section where you put in your username and password.

If I understand you correctly, you think that I should have signed up as a Gold Standard Owner first then have gone through and purchased videos and whatnot. Perhaps it kept logging me in as a regular user instead of the book-owner type of user despite the fact that I answered the question about the "family name of the second author under computer graphics."

I have used an alternate e-mail to set up a new account. This time I signed up and logged in only through the Gold Standard Owner page. I can now access the GS-2 and GS-3 tests as well.

Thank you for your help and patience.
