The video emphasizes that at the equivalence point pH=pKa however every other source says pH=pKa at halfway to the equivalence point. What gives?

Yes, this should be changed. pH=pKa at the halfway to the equivalence point.

This issue was clarified in the 2012 Edition of the DVDs.
