parietal cells
chief cells
mucus-secreting cells
hormone-secreting (endocrine) cells

No!
There is a list of topics to study on the AAMC's website and it does NOT include what you have written. Furthermore, out of all the AAMC's real past MCATs, none ask any question that requires you to have previous knowledge of the cells you mentioned. |
