Dear Dr. Ferdinand,
The solution says B, but when I read that it was true based on the passage. It was just missing the word "million" after 850 which I strongly thought to just be a little typo error.
I picked A b/c the passage supports it with the uses of rubber recycling (i.e. road, coal burning, etc).
Shouldn't the answer be A? |

| Though I agree that the passage support A, this question is asking for the wrong answer. The only answer that is wrong is the one that appeared to have, as you said, a typo but had really omitted the "million". Just as a habit, whenever you see NOT or EXCEPT, try to use the strikeout feature. It helps to group answers together until you are left with only one choice. |
