What you did is a very common mistake in Ksp calculations. It all surrounds questions regarding concentration vs questions regarding solubility. The question asked for concentration but you used the calculation for solubility.

Concentration (square brackets):

Ksp = [Bi]^2 [S]^3


Solubility (using the variable s for solubility):

Ksp = (2s)^2(3s)^3
