I can see the Writing Samples but not the other tests

Only the Writing Sample works when your pop-up blocker is on. In other words, if you can see the Writing Sample when you click on it, but you cannot see the other MCAT sections, the you must disable your pop-up blocker.

even though i disabled the pop up blocker i can still see only the writing sample tests and not the other sections

Unfortunately, 100% sure the problem is that you had more than one pop up blocker activated.

Some pop up blockers will give you a notice in the toolbar so that you can give permission to a website that you choose. If that is not the case, then you need to evaluate all the software (anti-virus programs, your browser security settings, toolbar(s), etc.) to find the blocker. To give you confidence that that is the problem, you can try another computer without a blocker and you will see that the exams function normally.

actually there may be some confusion, i already took exam 1 and the only graded sections that i can see are the writing samples. the other sections are not showing up as graded. in fact they are not showing up at all. I disabled all of my pop up blockers and even used a different computer and still the same result

We have never received a similar complaint.

Have you been able to open any of the science tests (ie, can you see the passages/questions?)?

If yes, have you submitted the test for correction according to the instructions: clicking End Test at which point you will get a message to confirm?

In our instructions for the science sections, we do mention that the test is optimized for Firefox which is a free browser that you can download at www.firefox.com. Are you using firefox? If not, what browser are you using?

We have tested your account and it works normal.
