The passage clearly implies that DRGs are used to categorise different procedures, so different conditions must be in different DRGs.

From the question, you think of a DRG because the conditions have a similar cost; however, it is not said in the passage that different conditions must be in the same or in different DRGs.
The safest answer choice would then be C
