| Hi, I've registered for MCAT university online program on May 4 and up until this evening I could watch the streaming videos. Now instead of "watch" button most of the videos display "purchase" button. When I click on the button it says that the site is under construction. Is this a technical problem or a problem with my account? Please Help! |

Hi There-
I purchased the MCAT Crash Course online 4 days ago and I'm still not able to watch the videos. Even when I'm logged in, they say "purchase video" beside all of them. Help!

| When you are logged in, click on the Videos tab at the top of the webpage. |

| Please be sure you have logged out and then log back in. You should be able to click on Account and see that you are registered for MCAT Videos and then click on Videos to see that you have full access. If not, clear your cache and then log back in. Please let us know if any issue persists. |

Hello,
I am having difficulty viewing the videos as well. When I review my test and click on the link that says "Play Video" I'm brought to the page where I am supposed to view the video, but there is nothing/no play button on the screen. The same thing happens if I try to access the videos via the "Videos" tab. Are there any suggestions as to how I can navigate this problem?

There have been some reported bugs with Vista and IE8. Please use Firefox which is a free browser (download at www.mozilla.com).
Let us know if the problem persists. |
