What are some genotypes we need to know for the MCAT? I didn't know Rh- is a recessive gene.... Thank you!

ABO blood types and Rh typing are the only genotypes which come up relatively often on the MCAT. You have probably seen questions with either genotype in other GS exams but usually what happens is that before the question is asked, the context is given (for example, the passage or the question will provide information about what is recessive and what is dominant prior to asking the question).

From time to time though, we will nudge you along. In other words, we know you need to know the basics but we can push you a little further on 1-2 questions per test.
