| This seems like the sort of question where the test makers could go either way. They could say III had historical importance according to the passage, but this doesn't necessarily mean it was revolutionary. They could also just as easily with just as must justification say historical importance implies it is revolutionary. |

| Concur that support is vague. That there are two revolutionary events does not mean there was not a third, especially one of "historical significance." |
