I felt the passages were tough like the AAMC 8 I took. maybe a bit more tougher. I had a hard time going through. I just wasn't into it. I needed to go to restroom.

Score 5/15 (20/40) Anyone else take this and find it a bit hard. I just need to focus and take all rest room breaks. I will try again with GS-9 Verbal and see what happens.

It was kind of tough. It resembled aamc verbals, but still was not as confusing as aamc verbals are.

For the restroom breaks, I heard that avoiding ADH blockers during exam taking (i.e. Coffee and Beer) will help.

For me, coffee gets me going during the morning. And I don't drink beer, so this isn't a problem.

But I am totally there with the concentration, I just wasn't into it. Dr. Ferdinand mentioned reading as if you would have to explain it to someone you cared about. This was helpful.

Also when you go in to take the exam, think of it like a beast that stands in the way defiant and determined to stopping you from helping to save lives. So arm yourself with mcat concepts in endocrinology when an endocrinology question comes against you. Conquer the MCAT and when you are about to sit down to take the exam, look at the computer screen and say...

"You're MINE!! (Pointing your thumb towards your chest) Get over here." All of a sudden the MCAT isn't chasing you, huh? You're chasing it. There will get a point that you will be able to know which answer is MCAT quality, but you can't get to it if you are really into the passage, hearing the grief, concern, of the author.
