When you do lots of AAMC and GS exams, you'll see that minute details in biology are very rarely tested. At this stage in your MCAT prep, I would focus on the big picture and making sure that you master the common equations/concepts/topics.

They are both prokaryotes. You should be able to compare and contrast prokaryotes vs eukaryotes.
