I keep getting the ratio of 1:3 for the answer to this question. I dont know where i am wrong?

| There is nothing to calculate for this problem. The values given are irrelevant. The passage says that frequency is constant (P3). So from the equation given in the explanation, which you must memorize, if the velocity is 4 times more in water then the wavelength must be 4 times more in water: thus a ratio of 1:4. |
