I would suggest that you stop doing practice tests for at least a few months so that you can focus on improving your understanding of the basic sciences and then you can work on application. You can't put the cart before the horse.
If you have not scored at least a B average in college/university for the basic MCAT sciences then you will require even more study time and possibly you may require a review course and/or a tutor.
Obviously, there are many sources for the above information including the AAMC, courses at the school that you attend, commercial review courses and our programs here at The Gold Standard MCAT: www.goldstandard-mcat.com
You should also verify the scores you need for the school you wish to attend (there are only a few programs which will accept 8's): www.mcattestscores.com/usmedicalschoolsmcatscoresGPA
There is alot of work ahead of you but you can achieve a 24 if you dedicate yourself to each stage of your preparation. Good luck. |
