No, they would not have the same score. Test questions never count. The scale shifts to a different denominator. Also, there would not be 4 test questions; the AAMC would only have 1-2 test questions, not more.
Regarding your performance, it sounds like you are cautiously optimistic. Well, here is my assessment: in all likelihood, your final score will be somewhat better that your GS scores so you have every reason to be optimistic. We try to prepare you for a marathon so if you don't have to go that far, it will feel easier.
