Hi, I was wondering about the optional 10 minute break between sections. Does it have to be 10 minutes or can you start the next section after 5 minutes rest? I'm guessing it's always a good idea to take a break in between right?

Ideally, you would take advantage of the entire break to relax and regain focus for the next section. In fact, because of security measures, most students find that the breaks are not long enough. Nonetheless, if you want a shorter break, yes you can do so.
