| I cannot able to start any of my writing sample test. I am not sure what is wrong because everything else works. |

| I am using Firefox as my browser.I usually take the test at my local library and I cannot remember what brand of computer they have but the operating system is windowsXp. |

| For now, only for the Writing Sample, try Internet Explorer as your browser. We will have a technician look into the situation on Monday. Have a nice weekend. |
