Passage didn't show up!

Second passage did not show up while taking GS1 Verbal Reasoning....It still showed the first passage, so I got all those questions wrong.....

Yikes! I've never heard that before. If you restart the test, do you see that second passage? What type of computer and browser are you using? Thanks for the follow up and sorry that happened!

Still don't see it when restarting the test. Dell Desktop with Firefox.

Just came across multiple other problems.....:
1)Lessons 1.2 & 1.4 don't work for Physics.
2)Picture doesn't show up for review problem of 3.3 Uniform Circular Motion
3)The values don't show up in explanation of problems 1 and 3 in review 5.1
4) The values don't show up in explanation of problem 2 in review 5.5 conservation of Energy
.....
I am only half way done with the physics section and already have all of these issues..... Not very happy!

We have tried to replicate your missing passage without success and there has been no other such complaints. We even logged into your account, checked GS-1 VR in your History section (all passages are there) then we checked by opening a new exam, GS-1 VR, and all passages are there. Please try erasing your cookies. If that does not work, please try a different computer.

Regarding the Lessons: the issues that you mentioned should all be corrected within 24 hours. Because of the new new books this summer (The Gold Standard and the Silver Bullet Real MCATs Explained) we have created new parts to the website that are being ironed out. However, we have not had any reports of problems regarding the practice MCAT CBTs. In fact, you will notice that we are adding a new feature this week (which we have not yet promoted nor promised) linking videos to the Explanations of the MCAT CBTs (it should all be up and running later this week).
