| The answer seem to support II and not the others... Could you explain how it supports I and III? |

I is supported by the following: "Most research treats race and gender stratification as two separate systems."
II is supported by the following: "policy have complained of its exclusive focus on the experiences of white women."
III is supported by the following: "Thus, for women of color . . . with little consideration to whether they experience the system of race stratification differently from men of color." |

When a question on the verbal section with "For which of the following statements does the author provide support.."
do we answer this question by checking off where we saw the statement or a rewording of it? Basically, i want to understand what the question is asking.
If there is a one line statement but no details following in the passage, then it isn't supported right? (One statement alone is not supported). |

| As soon as you recognize the statement, whether it has been reformulated or not, it is supported by the author. If it is in the text, the author is supporting it. |
