Abnormal glycoproteins on cell membrane "implies or infers" Golgi apparatus.

(How does a passage "infer" anyway? Perhaps the meaning is something is inferred from the passage?)

Glycoproteins are not only found in the Golgi apparatus. Besides, this is a Verbal Reasoning test, so your Biological Science knowledge is not covered here.
