Hello, I am a non-trad student just starting my pre-reqs this fall. I just listened to an interview with Dr. Ferdinand about MCAT prep.
The interviewer suggested bringing a review book to class with you and marking important info in the margins so that when review time comes along next year you will have an additional visual association.
Any suggestions? |

| If you are more visual, another helpful option would be to watch some MCAT review DVDs on the weekends covering topics you will be doing that week. The teaching in the DVDs is generally more clear (big idea/overview teaching) than what is usually done in class. It will do 2 things: (1) help you do better in those introductory level sciences in school and (2) help you keep a clear line of prep for the MCAT so that by the end of the year you will have the option to take the MCAT early in the summer. |
