I just purchased the 10 CBT tests and was rather disappointed with the technical difficulties that I encountered while taking the the first GS-1 exam. In the verbal and biological sciences sections, the scroll bar would not scroll down to allow me to get to the next question. Further the questions that I could see where very disorganized (some questions on left hand of the screen while others on the right). When I went to the review page, I could only see the status of the first 18 questions because the scroll bar would not work here either. I was using Internet Explorer. Has anyone else has these issues? What should I do to fix it?

Hello. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, there are some newer versions of Internet Explorer that are buggy with the on screen highlighter being present as a tool. This is why in the instructions for our exams, we mention that our tests are optimized for Firefox.

Firefox is a safe, free web browser which you can download at:

www.mozilla.com/firefox

Thanks for the quick reply. I just used Firefox to repeat one of the GS-1 sections that I had technical issues with when using Internet Explorer. Happy to say it worked perfectly Smile Thanks again
