| I just paid for the unlimited online access to the videos...when will the "timer" go away so i can be sure that the transaction worked? |

You do have to give the system some time to process the request. I see that your transaction did go through and that your account shows your new status with the monthly unlimited online video access.
Let us know if the problem doesn't resolve itself in the next hour.
