Hi,
I signed activated my account a month or so ago, took my first test in July, then test two and three shortly after. When I logged on today I was able to take the first section of physics for test 4 but couldn’t access the history, and on the CBT portion shows that I only have one exam. What happened? Please help.

| Sorry for freaking out, I can still access them and take a section exam when I first log in but then everything disappears except for the first exam. |

| Of course it seems that your access expired. However, we cannot trace your account. Where did you purchase your access from and when? You can respond to: help@mcat-prep.com with the email address you used to make your original purchase. |
