| How can I turn off the automatic payments to my paypal account? I want to manually pay for my Videos now, not have it automatically deducted from my paypal account. Please help!! |

Hello,
If you have a subscription to the Videos (subscription which means you will be charged every month). Please login to your paypal account, find the transaction for the subscription and unsubscribe. |

| Please use the Help function in Paypal if you can't see your Paypal purchases. Somehow you created a Paypal subscription and you must end the subscription. If you contact us immediately after a charge, we will refund you. However, that does not change the fact that you must cancel your subscription. |
