GS-1 Verbal diagnosis have 0 in all the totals and %

I am having trouble getting a proper diagnosis for the GS-1 verbal section I took. All the box totals and % have zeroes in them. I complete the test and did OK but the Diagnosis says I got zero questions correct. Naturally the prescription I am given is of no help and how I can improve if I don't know where to start. Did anyone else have this problem?

Also while reviewing the verbal section it does not indicate which questions were easy, normal, or difficult.
Verbal is my weak area if I can't review the test properly there is no point in me purchasing them because They are not helping me in anyway.

The revised versions of GS-1 to GS-5 went live (online) last week. The statistical analysis for Prescription, Diagnosis and Difficulty Icons will take some time before they can be accurate. Until then, those features are turned off.

Prescription, Diagnosis and Difficulty Icons are operating for GS-6 to GS-10 since the revised versions are not yet live. The new versions will go live next week at which time the Difficulty Icons will be removed until we have enough data from students to make statistically reliable conclusions.

I was wondering if the calculated Diagnosis' and Prescriptions have been made yet as I see this inquiry is dated back in May 2011. I have done GS1 and GS2 and my Diagnosis boxes still say 0 in all of them; thus, my prescriptions are based on those zeros even though my scores do not reflect those values. Thank you.

The moment that we have sufficient data, we will make the system live. The time required is dependent on the size of the pool of exam takers and we hope it will be complete within the next couple of weeks but this cannot be confirmed.
