Are we allowed to go back to our lockers during the breaks?

so it seems like we can go back to our lockers to grab a snack.....
Another silly question.. my exam is at noon... What should I eat before the exam? I get hungry pretty quickly but I don't want to eat too much and end up having food comma...
Any suggestions? Wink

On Google, type in low glycemic index foods. Use the scale and practice eating with those foods.

I was in a similar position, I had to pick between 8 and 12, and b/c I didn't want to eat twice for morning than again around 11 before exam, I didn't want my system to go weird.

The low glycemic is a measure for how fast sugar gets into your bloodstream. We want food that allows a "controllable amount" Also some food actually take longer to digest so we aren't hungry as much. Practice now for the exam, no junk foods, chocolate bars, etc. That much sugar in blood signals for insulin, and you get the "rest and repose" of the peripheral nervous system.
