| Although I answered every question in the GS-1 Biological Sciences section, when I checked the "Review" section, a significant portion of the questions where marked as "n/a". I double checked the questions marked as "n/a" before the time was through. Even after doing this, I was still marked wrong for all the questions that were incorrectly labeled as "n/a". |

Hi!
Our programmers have looked into the issue and addressed the error in your account. You may now take the exam without any problem.
Please do note that sometimes, the issues come from server or internet connection problems. If the page doesn't load completely, the codes will not work properly. If the internet connection is slow, please allow the page to load completely before starting the exam. Otherwise, the codes will not work on the browser. We also highly recommend using Firefox since the IE browser has caused several technical issues in the past.
