Hello,

I wanted to create this thread where CBT users can post high yield MCAT concepts that they have grasped while studying. I have always been an advocate that being able to explain concepts well will determine success on the MCAT.

There are times when reading your comprehensive MCAT book will "click" to you, so I figured what better idea than share in your words the concepts you have learned.

This also goes without saying the benefits of such a thread. Imagine a study where you had to grasp information and really understand it because very shortly you would have to explain it to someone you cared about (your neighbor) who just happens to be taking the MCAT soon. Networking this and helping each other will offer a mutual benefit.

To maintain the neutrality of every section mentioned on this thread is available also on MCAT Biology, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Physics. Though, writing I have left out, for reasons that may or may not be obvious. Users, upon reading can also post for clarifications, if needed.

So let's begin actively studying to getting ready to explain it to each other.

http://www.kineticbooks.com/physics/trialpse/toc.html

A clear website that just devotes itself to the parts of physics. Enjoy.

For example, if you click on the optics link and then on diverging lens, you will be taken to a penguin picture. Click on the right arrow under the question and a video with a person speaking comes up explaining the whole process.

Nicely done. If we are going to study for this exam, let's stick together and help each other out.
