| -why wouldn't answer be D? It seems that B is too narrow because only talks about United Nations. Thanks. |

| I'm not sure what you mean about B being too narrow because it talks about the UN. The entire article takes place by and at the UN. In fact, regarding answer choice D, it only represents 1/2 of the article and, in truth, the article does not present arguments (ie for and against) but rather just presents one view for each resolution. |
