| I don't understand why answer choice is not C and why it is B? I understand how slippery slope means against prohibiting with tolerance. So they would not want unhapply patients to legally commit physician-assisted suicide because this is exhibiting tolerance towards the law. Thanks. |

| If researchers invent new drugs which are better at relieving suffering then it will actually stop the so-called "slippery slope." After all, there would be no need for euthanasia. No one could argue that they need to kill to prevent suffering if all suffering could be alleviated with a pill. |
